tons of stuff, start w a saw or a sine and ram effects on it til it sounds like data crumbling
decapitator ++ableton's saturator++amplitube 3++like 4 OTTs w slightly different settings and downward comp turned down jammed thru a limiter w/ 50ms release will get you there pretty quick
